Obama State Department Equates Koran Burning with September 11th

You might have heard all the fuss over the plans for a Florida church to have an organized koran burning this weekend.  Personally, I don’t care if they do it or not, but they do have the right as Americans to do it.  However, as usual the Obama administration shows their preference for islam in a stunning statement that burning the koran is the same as the attacks on September 11th.

"We hope that between now and Saturday, there’ll be a range of voices across America that make clear to this community that this is not the way for us to commemorate 9/11. In fact, it is consistent with the radicals and bigot – with those bigots who attacked us on 9/11."

You can read the full transcript here.  Assistant Secretary Crowley squirmed at questions regarding calling this “un-American”, but at the same time would not call someone burning the American flag “un-American”.  At the same time you have the ignorant Attorney General Holder proclaiming that he must meet with religious leaders across the country to “stem a wave of attacks against Muslims and moques”.  Yes, he did say that.  I’m curious, what "wave of attacks” have been happening in this country? 

You sometimes have to wonder what is going on in these peoples heads.  If this was Christianity the liberals and media would be outraged that the government is getting involved with religion, but since it is islam, it is favored by the left.  After all, they have so much in common.

So lets get this straight:

• Liberals have no issues burning the American flag at their rallies, but are against someone burning the koran.
• Liberals scream about being tolerant.  Tolerant of what?  Beheadings, stoning’s, honor killings….all the things that happen with muslims everyday.
• Separation of Church and State only matters when it involves Christians.

That liberal logic is something else.
