Every time I hear a liberal say Obama is the most transparency President I just have to laugh.  It shows you how naïve his supporters are.

Obama administration officials told a group of housing proponents this month that they must sign a confidentiality agreement to continue participating in talks — a highly unusual request that has drawn criticism from a top Republican lawmaker who is investigating the matter.

The agreement, obtained by POLITICO, bars participants from disclosing details discussed at meetings of a rental policy working group, but it has angered some lobbyists and drawn congressional scrutiny.

The last we looked at this businesses and unions were granted roughly 200 waivers from provisions in ObamaCare, and today we find out that number has jumped to over 700 after a new list was posted after the State of the Union.

This ever-expanding list of waivers is the direct result of ObamaCare raising theannual benefit caps on certain health plans. Obviously, a plan with higher annual limits is potentially more costly than one without them. The money to cover the difference in premiums has to come from somewhere. Without the waivers, it will come from the employer who are forced by law to upgrade to the more expensive plan. In other words, the 729 organizations who have received waivers are not seeking refuge from an unintended consequence, but from the costs associated with one of ObamaCare’s features. The real question is what these businesses will do once the waiver program comes to an end.

This number will obviously go up, but us hard-working Americans won’t be able to apply for any types of waivers. 

The Obama administration quietly gave more waivers to three SEIU unions for Obamacare.

Three local chapters of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), whose political action committee spent $27 million supporting Barack Obama in the 2008 presidential election, have received temporary waivers from a provision in the Obamacare law.

Once again unions get a pass for provisions in Obamacare that the rest of America will be forced to comply with.  Republicans please start an investigation on this, so more of America can see the corruption from this administration.
