What a pathetic President Obama has become in just over a year.  This is what happens when people get a good look at liberalism.

“The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 22% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. That matches yesterday’s result as the lowest level of strong approval yet recorded for this President.”

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows that 25% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Thirty-nine percent (39%) Strongly Disapprove which gives Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -14 (see trends).

Of course….

More than one-third of Americans (36%) have a positive image of "socialism," while 58% have a negative image. Views differ by party and ideology, with a majority of Democrats and liberals saying they have a positive view of socialism, compared to a minority of Republicans and conservatives.

You just have to wonder sometimes what these people are thinking.

Obama has hit the lowest approval ratings of any President since Truman at this time in their Presidency.

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Sunday shows that 32% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty-two percent (42%) Strongly Disapprove. That’s the highest level of Strong Disapproval yet recorded for this President and it gives Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -10 (see trends).

If Americans could vote to keep or replace the entire Congress, 57% would throw out all the legislators and start over again. Just 25% would vote to keep the Congress.

It just keeps going lower!

In poll after poll Obama’s approval just keeps getting lower.  Even typically biased media polls can only skew the numbers so much.  I have no doubt Obama will carry the title, “worst President ever”.

Here is the latest poll from Zogby.

“President Barack Obama’s job approval rating has sunk to a record low of just 45%, the latest Zogby Interactive poll shows. Fifty-one percent of likely voters now say they disapprove of the President’s job performance.”

Remember liberals, you can believe all you want that the only people who are opposed to Obama and ObamaCare are folks who are paid by “special interest groups”.  Reality says otherwise.

With all the talk about townhall meetings, I wanted to take a poll and ask how many of you have attended one recently.

No surprise here.  The more people that learn about ObamaCare, the more will oppose it.  Of course, you will always have the Obama-bots who will support whatever he says.

Public support for the health care reform plan proposed by President Obama and congressional Democrats has fallen to a new low as just 42% of U.S. voters now favor the plan. That’s down five points from two weeks ago and down eight points from six weeks ago.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey shows that opposition to the plan has increased to 53%, up nine points since late June.

More significantly, 44% of voters strongly oppose the health care reform effort versus 26% who strongly favor it. Intensity has been stronger among opponents of the plan since the debate began.

When George Bush was President, the mainstream media took every chance it got to point out when his polls numbers were dropping.  Now fast forward to the near state-run media with Obama, you won’t hear a peep about his approval ratings. It isn’t because they are high, it’s because they are steadily dropping. 

Many are speculating at exactly why this is happening, but I believe it’s a combination of several factors.

1. People aren’t getting their “free” stuff that they thought Obama would provide.
2. Economy is getting worse.  Even the most economically ignorant democrat is starting to see that.
3. They see Obama placing the country in debt that it possibly can’t get out of.
4. They see how radical Obama really is, and that his liberal agenda just isn’t working.

Of course, this is just a small list, but the fact is people are realizing the liberal agenda put forth by Obama, Reid, and Pelosi just doesn’t work.  We see this in another recent poll showing the country moving more towards the right.

Despite the results of the 2008 presidential election, Americans, by a 2-to-1 margin, say their political views in recent years have become more conservative rather than more liberal, 39% to 18%, with 42% saying they have not changed. While independents and Democrats most often say their views haven’t changed, more members of all three major partisan groups indicate that their views have shifted to the right rather than to the left.

Another recent Gallup poll shows Americans think the Democratic is becoming “too liberal”.  I mean, it all really adds up.  This is great news for the GOP, but unfortunately they really have no idea on how to capitalize on any of this.  They should be hitting hard on this, along with news about how the stimulus has been a complete failure.  But nothing.  2010 could be a major sweep in preparation for ‘12, but if they keep worrying about offending someone they will never get there.
